Stamping Center
Under the stamping center, it is equipped with a stamping and a secondary processing operation, the stamping press workshop completes the stamping and forming of the metal components by relying on a fine press equipment, the tonnage of the equipment covers from 100 to 1200 tons, Its include progressive and a couple of robotic transfer production lines with a daily production capacity close to 1 million punch.
The secondary processing operation includes production lines for welding, riveting, tapping, assembly,degreasing and automatic continuous detection production line, The automatic continuous lines realized through the use of industrial robot, vision and other technologies, fully improving production stability.
