On April 18, 2024, the kick-off meeting of the company's WMS digital intelligent warehouse management project was successfully held, Mr. Gu and general manager of Zhihecheng and other major project participants attended the meeting to start and promote the construction of the company's WMS smart warehouse management system.

At the beginning of the meeting, Jian Wu, the project manager of Zhihecheng, introduced the content of the WMS digital intelligent warehouse management project. Manager Wu explained the project construction background and core objectives, the project implementation methods and plans, the project organizational structure, and the success guarantee.

Manager Wu mentioned that the construction of the company's WMS system will improve the collaborative management ability of the enterprise through bar code control, standardized operations, seamless integration of multiple systems, etc. The WMS system will help SPI(Suzhou) establish a smart warehouse management model, improve traceability capabilities, reduce costs and increase efficiency for the company's warehouse management and operation through the system to assist in the curing process.

Mr. Yu said that WMS is a digital system that can realize efficient warehousing management; the company attaches great importance to the construction of this Project, warehousing barcode management is the basis of intelligence, and hopes that through the construction of this Project, it can bring certain improvement and value to the company's warehousing management.

Next, Mr. Gu delivered a concluding speech. Mr. Gu said that barcode management exists in all our lives today. However, in the process of implementing barcode digital intelligence management, we may face some problems, which require all of us to do our best in the process of promoting the Project, with the goal as the head, not forgetting the original intention, and promoting the implementation of the Project.

Mr. Gu also mentioned that the WMS project hopes to control the company's various warehouse management links, including mould accessories and inspection fixtures, to standardize the warehousing operation and make the personnel operation efficient. During the meeting, Ling Lu, the general manager of Zhihecheng, made a speech. Mr. Lu said that over the years, Zhihecheng and SPI(Suzhou) have established a good cooperative relationship, and thanks to SPI(Suzhou) for choosing and trusting again to construct the smart warehouse management system.

Mr. Lu General mentioned that the current competition between enterprises has been upgraded to include comprehensive competition in management, rapid response, delivery cycle, etc. Future intelligent management involves scanning code and smart devices through big data, artificial intelligence, and other technologies, combining smart soft and hard products to achieve thoughtful and intelligent management.
