Following the project of Huiou Precision Co., Ltd,
which achieved “start construction immediately upon land acquisition” last week ,

another existing enterprise expansion project in the zone—
the new facility project of SPI Precision (Suzhou) Co., Ltd—
has successfully obtained its Construction Project Planning Permit,
also realizing “start construction upon land acquisition.”

This marks an accelerated pace for capacity expansion and upgrading among existing enterprises.

This decision by SPI Precision (Suzhou) Co., Ltd to expand its presence in the Cooperation Zone

and increase investment and production capacity marks a critical step in seizing industrial

The new project is located south of Hucundang Road and west of Zhousidun Road, with a total land area of 34,677 square meters.

According to the plan, the new facility will introduce more than 30 mold processing machines, over 50 stamping presses, and more than 10 large-scale measuring instruments. In addition, an Aerospace Sheet Metal Division will be newly established, marking the company’s expansion into the high-end aerospace sector.

Alongside hardware upgrades, SPI Precision (Suzhou) Co., Ltd has embedded “environmental” and “intelligent” development into its strategic blueprint. A 2 MW rooftop photovoltaic system will be installed at the new facility, with an expected annual power generation of approximately 2.2 million kWh. Once operational, a substantial portion of the plant’s electricity demand will be met through self-generated green energy.

In addition, the company will leverage digital technologies to reengineer its storage, handling, and picking processes, comprehensively enhancing overall production performance and accelerating its transition toward digitalized and intelligent manufacturing.
