To enrich employees’ spare-time life, relieve work pressure, and foster team cohesion and collaborative spirit, SPI organised a three-day team trip to Qiandao Lake and Wuzhen for all staff. Stepping away from busy daily work, everyone recharged amid gentle hills and clear streams, forged stronger bonds through fun competitions, and shared a rewarding and memorable experience.
On the first day of the trip, the SPI team arrived at Jiulongxi Rafting Scenic Area of Qiandao Lake. Nestled among green mountains, the stream ran clear. After putting on life vests, team members paired up and boarded rubber rafts to embark on this refreshing adventure. The river alternated between rushing and thrilling rapids and wide, calm stretches. Drops over weirs drew cheers and shouts, while shallower sections turned into a lively water fight. Splashing waves and laughter echoed all around. Shedding work fatigue in nature, team members grew closer, kicking off this team event on a cheerful note.

On the morning of the second day, the SPI team set sail to explore Qiandao Lake. Stretches of blue water dotted with numerous islands unfolded before the team. As gentle breezes blew and the boat glided forward, team members strolled on the deck and took group photos. Immersed in the natural scenery, team members chatted about work and life, creating a warm and harmonious atmosphere.

In the afternoon, the SPI team moved to the sports hall for interactive team games.
In the Giant Caterpillar Race, team members straddled the inflatable prop, marched in unison with loud battle cries, and sprinted toward the finish line, demonstrating strong teamwork.
During the Team Drum Ball Challenge, team members held the ropes tight, maintained a steady rhythm, and strove for more bounces through tacit coordination — embodying the spirit of “one mind, one effort”.
The tug-of-war contest brought the excitement to its peak. Taut ropes and roaring cheers witnessed the clash of strength and will, lifting team morale to new heights.
These three games blended fun and friendly competition, deepening mutual trust and teamwork.

On the final day, the SPI team visited the West Scenic Area of Wuzhen. Cobblestone lanes, arch bridges over running water, and traditional white-walled, black-tiled buildings presented the unique charm of this Jiangnan water town. Team members strolled through ancient streets, enjoyed local waterscape and snacks, and experienced the profound cultural heritage and authentic lifestyle of this thousand-year-old town. In a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, team members communicated freely and brought the entire team-building trip to a successful close.
